I have extensive knowledge of Long Beach and the surrounding areas from living, playing and working here all of my life.
I have 20 successful years of experience as a business owner in Long Beach, California. I started in the Yacht and Boat sales industry at the age of 21 and loved it for 15 years. Within that time, my emphasis was on contractual negotiations with city, county, and federal branches of government, all of which serve YOU in its highest form when I advocate as your Realtor for the sale or purchase of your home and property. I bring to the table experience with diverse real estate transactions, specializing in investment and coastal properties, and commercial sales. With this comes experience, knowledge, skillful negotiations, and overall efficiency.
In my spare time, flying is my passion. I have utilized my pilot's license to enjoy "a view from my office in the sky" for 10 years now. I appreciate the Birds Eye View experience of our coveted Southern California neighborhoods, beaches, and our neighboring Catalina Island. I love flying down to Land's End (Cabo San Lucas) and anywhere else that my travels take me in this beautiful tapestry of nature's creation. Alas, my love of boating will always hold a special place in my life!
